mainly serve Intown and a large section of North Metro Atlanta.
We will travel to other areas for projects of significant
interest. Our projects vary in size and complexity.
The simplest ones involve only bed preparation and plantings.
More extensive projects include grading and hardscaping
such as walls, patios, decks and driveways. Our complex projects
often address the complete integration of the home and
garden such as the inclusion of a swimming pool, room
addition or other structure. These kinds of projects
typically utilize the collaborative efforts of our landscape
architect, certified remodeler and building designer.

our
transformation process
We begin with broad concepts that are gradually detailed
as we work thru the design process and get closer to
construction. By using this step-by-step approach, design
time is not wasted detailing concepts that you don't
care for. A thorough consultation with you starts the
process. We ask that everyone prepare by locating a
copy of their property survey and completing a "project
profile" which is sent to you
prior to the initial consultation. When this preparation
is complete, your thoughts will be more focused and
our initial consultation will be more productive. During
the typical one-hour visit, we will view your land and
discuss the feasibility of your goals. Sample photos
of homes, gardens and plant material will be presented
to help define your personal landscape style and color
preferences. Verbal design ideas will also be presented
to clarify intent and communication. The fee for this
initial consultation is typically $125 for projects
within the main area that we serve. Fees will typically
be higher for other areas, Saturday or evening appointments.

design
Your design
will encompass the aspects that we mutually agree are
feasible. For those of you who desire more extensive
personal involvement, we offer review of rough conceptual
designs and multiple design options. A written design
proposal outlines our services and fees. You will receive
three copies of the completed scaled design in plan
view. Artist's sketches and photos can be made available
to help you visualize your completed project. Plans
typically begin at $800.

Since most
plans can be installed in phases, we will recommend
the most cost effective flow for your installation.
The details are discussed in depth before construction
begins to increase efficiency and reduce surprises.
Your designer will personally supervise your project's
installation and communicate with you every step of
the way. Construction or installation phases typically
begin at $3,500.

Landscapes
are living environments that require personalized care. To
assist you, we will provide a manual of generic month-by-month
instructions for every job that we install at the completion of the
installation. Custom manuals are also available for an extra fee.
We focus on long-term health and preventive maintenance and
work with nature to unlock your landscapes vigor and vitality and in
turn greatly reduce the need for toxic pesticides in your home &
garden environment.
At this time, we only offer this service for
projects that we have installed.
